Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what we need to plan your golf trip, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't part of that trip.
What we collect
When you use the experience planner, contact us, join the founding list or subscribe to our notes, we store what you give us: your name, email, phone number if you provide it, your home city and golf club, and the details of the trip you're considering.
Why we collect it
To design and quote your journey, to reply to you, and - if you've asked us to - to send occasional notes about courses and places. Nothing more.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the suppliers required to deliver your trip: hotels, clubs, drivers, hosts and restaurants. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they're useful for planning and for as long as we're required to keep booking records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Write to experiences@thelinkssociety.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We keep this to the essentials required to run the site and understand which pages are read. We do not run advertising trackers.
