Terms
Plain-English terms for how our experiences are quoted, booked and changed.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry places you under no obligation. Quotations are based on availability at the time of writing and are confirmed only once tee times and accommodation are secured.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is required to hold golf and accommodation; the balance falls due before travel. Exact amounts and dates are set out in your written proposal.
Changes
Experiences are designed for you, so small changes are usually possible. Some clubs and hotels impose their own deadlines and charges, which we'll always tell you about in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms follow those of the suppliers involved and are stated in your proposal. We'll always try to move a trip rather than lose it.
Golf and club conditions
Championship courses may require handicap certificates, set dress codes or restrict certain days. Course access, including ballots, cannot be guaranteed and we design every itinerary to be excellent regardless.
Insurance and weather
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of travelling with us. Weather is part of links golf; we don't refund rain, but we do have a plan for it.
